If you fancy getting away and
want to stay somewhere that’s not too
fancy, while surrounding yourself with great
motorcycling
roads, Riders Rest is the place for you. Established by expat Brits Bernie
and Sue Shaw, this biker friendly B&B is situated in the beautiful
Shenandoah Valley between the Blue Ridge Mountains to the east and the
Appalachians to the west. Situated 2 miles outside of Lexington town on
Scenic Route 39.

Your Innkeeper Bernie
has been riding on road and off road motorcycles for longer than he cares to
remember and has logged many hours exploring and mapping routes of the
surrounding areas. Touring, sport or dual sport, whatever takes your fancy,
we have the rides to suit your needs. You may want to ride for 3 or 4
hours in the morning, have lunch in downtown Lexington, and still have time
for a refreshing afternoon adventure.
It's easy to get lost in the
beauty of the area and spend the whole day exploring the winding mountain
roads and taking in the scenic mountain views. Whatever you choose we know you
will not be disappointed.
Whatever your needs we can customize to suite.

For those of you trailering your bikes, there is
plenty of room to park and store your trailer while staying here.
If you are visiting the area and want to take advantage of our scenery but
left the bike at home, we are linked to
Shenandoah Harley
Davidson/ Buell.
They
can provide you with a rental bike during your stay. (Contact them direct
for your specific needs)

Garage parking is available for your motorcycle.
Maps and routes available upon arrival.
Look forward to seeing you.
